Dp51 photography is a project of Tim Mooij-Knip,
After 7 years as a drummer for Utrecht based band Stairs to Nowhere and exploring a lot of empty factories in the process he decided to try and capture what he felt was beautiful.
He has won the “People of Amsterdam” Portrait Contest 2011 and his work has been acquired for the collection of Insinger de Beaufort Private Bank, P14 art collection and several other private collections. Which looks kind of cool on paper but doesn’t matter much.
The images on the site are shown in two’s. This is on purpose, they should be seen as belonging to each other. Feel free to disregard this though.
The prints shown on this website are all for sale on a pay-what-you-like base to bypass all bullshit sales-talk. Check out the webshop for that.
